Are the roses/ flowers silk?
Yes. All roses and flowers used are high- quality silk. This means they need little/ no maintenance and may last forever if kept in good conditions.
How many roses do you get in each box?
The number of roses and flowers varies between each box size and each product style. A specific number cannot be said. For more information on the sizes of boxes offered, please refer to each individual product.
How big are the boxes?

Are all the boxes branded?
Yes. All of our boxes are branded with our logo. We do not offer plain boxes or customisation on the boxes.
Are the boxes filled from the bottom?
All boxes are filled from top view only.
 
Delivery:

Do you post?
Yes. We offer postage via Royal Mail. Please visit our Shipping page for more information.
How long does delivery takes?
Turnover is normally up to 7 working days. Delivery depends on the option chosen.
First class signed for: 1-3 working days
Second class signed for: 3-5 working days
Next day delivery is not available.
Please note that Royal Mail do not usually deliver on bank public and local holidays.

Please note that during busy holiday seasons (e.g Christmas), delivery times stated on the Royal Mail website may not match the actual delivery.

How do you ensure the box is delivered in perfect condition?
All products that are couriered by Royal Mail are wrapped carefully with appropriate packaging and labelled fragile.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only offer UK mainland shipping, however this is something we are looking to include in the future!

Do you accept deposits?
No. We do not operate on a deposit basis. All orders must be paid in full. There will be no option available for deposits to be paid.
